The Guardian journalist George Monbiot has written a typically powerful piece explaining how a British blogsite, Spiked, once got some money off an institution which had connections to some moderately right-wing people.

As George rightly points out, this is an example of “dark money”, which is an occult form of currency designed by Satan and some of his financially astute Infernal Imps. It can lead to the destruction of democracy and the spread of disease across the planet. Yes, all this just from reading a short article by Brendan O Neill or Mick Hume.

But is George Monbiot himself also a creation of right wing dark money, something he likes to keep very quiet? He was raised in ultra-right wing Henley on Thames. His father was the secretive businessman Raymond Geoffrey Monbiot, who headed a shadowy institution called The Conservative Trade and Industry Forum. His mother was a Conservative Councillor and daughter of the Conservative MP Roger Gresham Cooke. As part of George’s exquisitely privileged right wing background he was sent to one of Britain’s most expensive and right wing schools, Stowe.

Given this provenance, then, it is easy to draw the conclusion that his supposedly impeccable left wing credentials are nothing more than a front: he is actually a right wing mole, there to sow discord and confusion among left wingers. No surprise then, that he has, in recent years, encouraged lefties to vote for the Labour Party, The Green Party, Respect and Plaid Cymru at various times. Divide and rule. Only when you examine Monbiot’s background, and his funding, does this treacherous tactic become clear.

I expect a journalistic award for this investigation of mine, by the way.
