2015 Labour leadership contest — who’s nominated who

The Labour leadership contest is in full swing, with Labour MPs announcing who will they be backing to be the next leader. Under new rules, each candidate requires the backing of 35 MPs to make it into the ballot paper. Four candidates have made it onto the ballot paper:

Timetable: the nominations open on 9 June and close on 15 June. The hustings period begins two days later on 17 June. The ballot papers will be sent out on 14 August and there will be a special conference to announce the result on 12 September.
